Coopérative Jeunesse de Services (CJS), la Ligue de l’enseignement poursuit l’accompagnement des Comités locaux.

logo-CJS-principalLe temps des vacances approche pourtant sur 4 territoires, une cinquantaine de jeunes de 16 à 18 ans s’apprêtent à créer 4 entreprises coopératives éphémères.

Portées par un acteur de l’éducation populaire, issus du milieu associatif, tel l’Office de la Jeunesse de Bruay-la Buissière, par une collectivité et son service jeunesse comme à Calonne Ricouart ou encore par plusieurs collectivités Achicourt-Beaurains sous l’égide de leurs centres sociaux-culturels ou encore les villes de Bully-les-Mines – Grenay – Sains-en-Gohelle – Mazingarbe, en lien avec les acteurs jeunesse des différentes villes.

La Ligue de l’enseignement est associée à ces CJS en tant que parrain jeunesse, en complément du parrainage économique assuré par une coopérative d’activités et d’emplois (CAE) Grands Ensemble ou Coop Connexion. Ensemble et nous accompagnons le porteur de la CJS au sein du Comité Local qui associe les acteurs jeunesse, les habitants, les entreprises de l’économie sociale et solidaire, bailleurs sociaux et financeurs (CGET, CAF, Villes et agglomérations).

Pour faire vivre ce projet et accompagner les jeunes nous recrutons sur chacune des CJS 2 animateurs/animatrices formé-e-s à l’entrepreneuriat coopératif, ceux-là même qui vont ensuite recruter et former les 12 à 15 jeunes qui créeront et développeront leurs entreprises éphémères respectives.

Coopérer, s’organiser, gérer, communiquer, décider collectivement, autonomie sont les mots clés de cette éducation à la citoyenneté économique. Vivre ensemble, respecter l’autre, apprendre à travailler ensemble, autant de savoir être qui seront accompagnés par les animateurs et les différents partenaires des projets.

Autonomes dans la gestion de leur activité économique, ils feront l’apprentissage de l’entrepreneuriat mais seront également sensibilisés à l’économie sociale et solidaire, à la lutte contre les discriminations, à l’égalité femme-homme, à la Laïcité, ADN de la Ligue de l’enseignement.

Projets de territoires, chacune des CJS tracera son parcours et son esprit d’entreprise, au regard des spécificités de chacun des territoires, de l’accompagnement des comités locaux mais avant tout ils seront animés par des animateurs/animatrices qui sauront transmettre aux jeunes l’envie et la capacité d’agir ensemble.
